Sunday, February 3, 2013 - Color: deep ruby -> bright garnet rim. Great bouquet of cassis, leather, tobacco with perhaps a hint of mint. Very expressive and bordeaux-like. Palate shows great finesse --again, reminiscent of great aged bordeaux. Cassis again, cigar box, minerals. Very long finish; this has aged beautifully and is absolutely drinking at peak.
