Friday, August 13, 2010 - Honey, roses and lychee on the nose, with more spice coming in the back end. this has leaned up quite a bit in the last three years since I had it. Deceptively full bodied with great clarity and focus, with a spicy almost components that add to the fruit. For my palalte, while outstanding, this is somewhere between the fruity (not sweet fruit) exuberance of youth and the more smoky- savory- spicy aged gewurz, and I think it is a touch awkward in that sense. I will hold the rest of my blles a while to let them get through this phase. Still outstanding.
