Monday, February 16, 2015 - Brownish red, seemed to have some age. Nose was pretty mature, quite meaty and savoury, with plums, raisins and a touch of Indian spice. Palate was decent, with tannins all resolved but just a little rough on the edges. Sour cherries, plums, prunes and old leather, with some black pepper meats and some green-ness at the mid and back palate. Lacked freshness, and had a pretty short finish.
