Saturday, November 1, 2014 - Very light in color. nose of apple cider, caramel/salt pretzels scent starts emerging after around 30 min, dark bread and white flowers. Very straight Champagne, good structure and very precise. I suggest to drink this wine not too cold as the interesting flavors start to emerge at a temperature of around 14 degrees Celsius. Now fully mature but plenty of live left. Drink - 2022
