I feel more the lime in the "lime and pear"custard.
Delicate yet complex.
This is super good.
Little note. We started drinking it too cold(regular Champagne temperature, while this is a vintage and we should drink warmer). I know it kills aromas, but beyond that, it seeemed to reduce the bubbles... very interesting. As it warmed up, it got better (bubbles). I don't think it was dirty glasses
