Monday, November 12, 2007 - Hazy notes from a few days ago - great gewurtztraminer here. Classic gewurtz nose, quite rich and thick on the palate, but with enough acidity to keep the richness in line. This is a no holds barred gewurtz! Might be best to drink in the next 2-3 years, in case the acidity drops, but the wine is kicking right now (A-).
