Saturday, March 26, 2016 - 3 hour decant. Light red, clear. Lots of strawberry, roses on the nose. Moderate tannin, bright acidity. Light on the palate, with some smoky notes, strawberry, savory, sour apple. Long finish. Maybe this indeed needs some age? It's pretty darn delicious.
