Saturday, March 1, 2014 - A Portnight (Fem Bord, Trondheim): Blind. Tiny bubbles; some maturity, slightly oxidative, yellow apples, some nuts; long and intense, more fresh in the mouth than the nose suggested, lots of mousse, bitter finish.
