Friday, November 16, 2012 - Can't be too many cabernet-based wines like this coming out of Geelong. Soft, but not plush, with amazing aromatics and fluffy herbal cab and shiraz fruits. Really very pretty and dainty, and the sweet herbal lift on the nose is something else. But, this wine is front ended with little by way of structure and bones to keep it together for the long haul. Glad I tried a bottle at 4 years of age.
