Sunday, December 11, 2022 - Once again stellar. This has all the characteristics of great paulliac black currant, cigar box, pencil shavings. Aging beautifully. The only thing keeping this from a higher score would be slightly deeper concentration. Otherwise a perfect wine for me. Gained weight and blossomed with air. Drank over the course of five hours and just got better and better.
