Wednesday, March 30, 2011 - San Antonio Wine Geeks - The Gathering without Steves (or how we found Lafite) (The Monterey): Only 2 sips of this, but was a completely thrilling taste. Big, muscular, with cassis, flint, cedar and spice with a lengthy complex finish. While the Lafite was subtle and feminine, this was muscular and firing on all cylinders. I need to find some of this. Wish I could enjoy my own glass. 94+
