Saturday, July 23, 2011 - Let breathe for 4.5 hours. Incredibly delicious, rich, huge, smoky, chocolatey, cassis aromas turn to smooth as silk nectar that goes on forever and drinks so easy that is it gone before you know it. Perfect with the frilled filet in coffee rub. Probably time to buy another case based on progression. This could last a very long time
