Wednesday, March 25, 1992 - Tasted at blind horizontal 1989 Bordeaux tasting at Vintage Wines, Ltd. Opaque ruby/purple with red rim. Nose closed, with moderate currants, oak, vanilla and plum. Loads of supple tannins. Good fruit on palate. Big extract, good balance. Will require a substantial amount of time.
