Monday, July 17, 2017 - Very nice! Medium ruby with garnet edges. Nose of leather, florals, cherry and strawberry. Significant primary fruit, predominantly dark cherries and blackberries, hints of menthol and orange, with assertive, well-integrated tannins, full, smooth mouthfeel and long blackberry finish with some gravel and cedar. Drinks younger than its age. Very well-made, mature Pauillac in its prime drinking window.
