Nose has faint notes of butternut, blackberry, forest floor, bark and tea, but is more than anything nondescript. Ditto in the mouth, with suggestions of plum, medicine and menthol. Give it points for longevity, and hopefully, exposure to air will liven this up, but for now, an hour after opening, this is one of the worst '89s I have had. 4-10-14-6: 84/100.
