Thursday, November 12, 2020 - This has improved since yesterday, adding tar and espresso notes in the nose and not showing much if any brett. Most of the improvement has come in the mouth: it is silkier, the tannins are chewier, and the flavors show more black fruits and coffee-liquer. More enjoyable overall, with a better, smoother finish. Guess I should have decanted. Today: 4-12-16-8: 90/100.
