Friday, November 13, 2015 - PnP; i've been drinking a lot of leaner Chards lately and was afraid this would be too heavy and flabby for me. It ended up being a pretty enjoyable wine, with enough acidity to pair well with dinner. Some pear, stone fruit, vanilla and slight oak, and good enough acidity to support a scallop risotto dinner. But for the money, I would look to Mt. Eden or Ramey instead.
