Sunday, May 26, 2013 - With strip steak, roast garlic potatoes, green beans, rustic bread.
Clear dark ruby.
Nose is pure cabernet, almost sweet, floral, medium intensity.
Smooth, dry, velvet, nice fruit (more cherry than anything) and almost coffee and dark chocolate in the mix.
Medium finish.
