Friday, June 8, 2012 - I like this for a light, summery wine. Nice with food or without. Very light color, almost effervescent. Clean, light flavors of apple, citrus, light/white fruits. Have enjoyed this with backyard grills and with some spicy Asian foods. A nice refreshing wine.
