Friday, August 7, 2015 - Wife had a bad day, drank 1/2 bottle last night, I was tired so went to bed. Tasted the corked 2nd 1/2 bottle the next night. Alcohol, licorice, anise and spice dominate the nose. Simple cherry, some plum, hints of spice, still tannic and a bit disjointed.
