Wednesday, November 21, 2012 - Let the wine open briefly by just opening the bottle and letting it come to temperature for about an hour while cooking. My husband and I enjoyed this wine with homemade bacon pizza. The salty cheese and bacon paired perfectly with the dark berry characteristics in the wine.
