Thursday, September 6, 2012 - From half bottle, of course. Amber in colour. Very reticent nose with a dominant aroma of marmalade. On the palate, you immediately notice the thick texture and marmalade flavours (again). This bottle does not come off as particularly sweet, and on my initial taste, the acids really stood out, bring a lot of balance to the wine. Somewhat spicy finish. Textbook Kracher.
