Tuesday, May 29, 2012 - What made this wine for me was the meal; dry rub BBQ pork ribs. Read an article pairing BBQ with this type of wine and BINGO! I was instantly impressed. Honey, some citrus, a lot of fruit when opened, with a medium to light finish. I will grab another bottle just to try it on it's own merit.
