Sunday, April 22, 2007 - Complex notes of butterscotch, honey, coconut, apricot with a clean and finish which goes on and on. Over the course of a few hours, continued to evolve......Drank with Epoisses--phenomenol! More acid than '89 made it a good food wine----believe this could age for a LOOONNNG time. Crime to drink it this early, actually, but someone brought it over----so i'm not complaining.....
