Sunday, March 7, 2021 - This bottle drank beautifully and showed a lot of maturity with great flavors of ripe and sweet yellow fruits and clove-like spices. The texture is viscous but balanced nicely by good acidity and the finish is so refined and complex with a lot of white minerals and exotic fruits. Clearly from a ripe vintage but the mineral intensity keeps it fresh and clean. I doubt it's fully mature but it's not as far away as I once thought. I was mostly spitting tonight but couldn't manage to allow this wine to leave my mouth.
