Sunday, January 1, 2012 - Opened 375ml bottle, nose of creme brulee, apricot, butterscotch, honey, and marmalade, same on the palate, big body, very tasty, sip and savor, no pairing needed here, elegant, mouth filling, and a long, flavorful finish.
