Saturday, March 5, 2022 - Garnet in color. Nose of plums, violets, and dark cherries with hint of leather. Taste of dark cherries, plums, menthol, and hint of tobacco. Lovely fruit and nice balance with pronounced acidity. Probably drinking at its peak but this window should last 3-6 years.
