Thursday, October 12, 2023 - 3 hr double decant. Dark reddish black core with almost clear (slight red) bricking.
Old soul nose, classic Rioja! Saddle leather, caramel, butterscotch, cherry, dry earth, just an ever so slight hint of dill, some smoke.
On the palate, strawberry, red cherry, hint of citrus on a really long finish.
