Saturday, June 25, 2016 - Informal tasting note- drank with a BBQ chicken dinner.
Pale ruby color.
Fresh great acidity and seems much younger than 12 years. Great food wine .
With some time, aromas got very complex- black fruits, but also smoked meats spice etc.
Medium to medium + body and a great finish.
Drink now or age for the next 2 decades in a cold cellar.
