I've drank 4 of the 2004's to date and all were delicious and very consistent. Tonight's 5th bottle, bought at the same time, from the same wine shop and stored in the same climate controlled cellar at my house, was DOA upon opening.

The cork was fine. I let it warm up from the 56F it was stored at. I aerated it. I let it sit. I revisited it 30, 60 and 90 minutes later in the evening.

Nothing could revive this bottle. The fruit was mostly gone and there was a noticeable chemical smell. This bottle was off.
