Community Tasting Note

Friday, October 6, 2017 - Extra dry with great acidity and notes of dill, wet forest leaves, earth, and red berries. Very good components that are not yet fully singing together (e.g., limited secondary/tertiary notes), even after few hours of decanting. Some improvement since my May 2015 tasting, but it's still not at its prime. Hold until 2019+. Decant generously if drinking soon.
