Wednesday, December 20, 2017 - Ruby core with a brick edge. Nose of menthol, red cherry cola, barnyard floor, straw, oak, spices. The palate is still primary despite the wines age with intense red cherry fruit, grip on the mid palate, a lick of oak and spice on the finish. This is classy and excellent now but needs more time for the tertiary flavours to come through.
