Tuesday, February 23, 2021 - Intellectually, I get it. A Rioja Classica. I believe at it’s prime now. Super elegant style. American Oak on the aroma; vanilla and caramel. Nice, blueberries and first season cherries. Light to medium bodied. Very well made. Really, at it’s peak. Soft and just needs the right food. Suckling pig and Carne Asada.
