Thursday, January 17, 2013 - Straight out of the cellar(10C), given 1 hour opening and acclimatising. Deep dark ruby, light brown edges. Slight viscosity. Pleasantly harmonious aromatic spices like cinnamon and clove, some black pepper, cedar, aged dark fruit. Elegant flavors likewise. Still lively astringent. Light, fresh structure. Lasting acidity. Will surely remember.
