Saturday, March 21, 2020 - Fine Wine Dinner #1 (Barsac Wine Bar, Gothenburg): Petrol, dried apricots, chalk, smoke, winter apples. Quite complex. On the palate a bit too mellow for my taste, would have liked just a bit more zing to the acids. Still very good.
