Saturday, September 16, 2017 - Beautiful central coast Pinot Noir that still has plenty of live left! Tannins are almost completely integrated and the fruit is almost completely secondary. Still has notes of ripe cherry and strawberry, but they are overwhelmed, in a great way, by a green stemmy quality, pepper, cola, and a baking spice component balanced by plenty of acidity. I think this is at a perfect point, but will sit on the other one for awhile to see what happens.
