Wednesday, June 24, 2015 - Openend thinking it was the Cuvée Manon, recorked and about two weeks later this wine was a perfect match with a salad and farmyard chicken. Very elegant syrah in the nose and the taste very well lifted by a ripe acidiy, neraly creamy, still fresh, lovely.
