The one difference in tonight’s bottle: I did not pick up any of the creaminess of my last bottle. That said? We’re well into tertiary components now. I don’t drink many of these types of styles but, to have something this massive be fully accessible and delicious from the opening cork pop? Special wine and truly something for everyone.
