Monday, November 19, 2012 - Poured through the Vinturi. Similar to pop and pour a few months ago. Need to hold these for a few years.
On Day 3 (after VinVac) and in the glass for 4+ hours, these is a much different wine. Spice, bramble and black fruit jump out of the glass. Still a little hot but much better.
