Thursday, February 13, 2014 - This has fleshed out and developed complexity over the past year. Best after a couple hours open. Cranberry, pomegranate, citrus rind, violet, and some soil notes on the nose. Bright cherry palate with citrusy acidity and floral spices. Medium-length, candied red fruit finish with delicate structure. Well-balanced and feminine, showing some Burgundian elements, but also displaying a New World side.
