Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Pop-n-pour. Deep plum color preludes a leggy, unctuous, mouth-coating, chewy wine. Camphor with some bitterness mid-palate. Wishing she had more acid for better balance, but maybe she just needs a decant or more time in the cellar.
