Monday, June 2, 2008 - Drank with garlic-lime chicken. We don't typically drink whites but had this at a tasting and was a lighter white that we enjoyed so we bought a bottle. Paired well with the chicken dish I made. On the nose, I got mostly pear with some light citrus fruit. On the palate, we got some grapefruit and mineral, with a light to medium finish. Overall, for less than $10, a good bottle of easy drinking wine which as others have said, pairs well with light chicken dishes.
