Tuesday, April 23, 2013 - A very smooth bottle with nice acidity and tannins. Has some nice berry notes & spice on the palate. This is a bottle that you can sit on for awhile as it will get better with age. Enjoy it with your favorite cuts of beef, lamb, or earthy meats and veg.
