Sunday, September 4, 2005 - Perfect aperitif wine. Light gold color with a fresh, yeasty, creamy nose of green apple and toast. Very crisp and dry in the mouth, with some nice toasty flavors. Quite tight still, this might unwind with 1-2 more bottle age. Good structure. A very nice modest N.V. Champagne.
