Saturday, August 19, 2023 - This smelled great at first, but is rapidly starting to smell oxidized/stewed. The palate is somewhat fresher, but also showing that tell-tail oxidation/stewiness. If you have any left, drink up! Under the oxidation, there's pine needs and sour charries, sous bois and eucalyptus. Should have consumed 2 years ago. After revisiting this multiple times, my wife loves it and I'm definitely going to finish the bottle. If you have any, drink up, but expect to love it! 92
