Saturday, September 3, 2016 - med straw in color, med viscosity. Aromas of ripe yellow pear and pink lady apple, lemon, lettuce, and hay. On the palate the condition is tart lemon and pith, cheesy leesy and some mushroom. also a back end note of fennel and some bitter phenolics. little or no oak indication except for phenolics. Dry finish mod plus acid(kind of surprising) and mod plus alcohol. Very fresh and yummy.
