Saturday, September 14, 2019 - Came out a bit dark, tasting a bit dodgy, oxidised. Kept in the air for about 20 minutes and the colour lightened and the taste much fresher. Then it showed citrus, green vegetable and some honey. Probably just age but the blue/grey cork tip might raise other possibilities. Sort of good!
