Friday, April 11, 2014 - Nice plum and dark fruit flavors on both the nose and palate with a medium to long finish. Did a compare and contrast with a 2006 Chateauneuf du Pape and did quite well and both wines went nicely with the roast pork loin with sage and fontina stuffing wrapped in prosciutto and apple compote.
