Saturday, October 4, 2014 - Nice earthy, cherry notes on the nose.
Palate is well balanced, with cherry, some white pepper, hints of smoky oak, secondary forest floor and meaty notes.
Still has an adequate amount of fruit, body and acidity left but not likely to evolve any further at this point. Drink up.
