Sunday, July 18, 2021 - I want to try again even though I told myself to wait. Opened for 3 hours. Color is deep garnet and very opaque. On the nose I get Pepper, cassis, violets and blackberries. On the palate: Cassis, violets, pepper, blackberry, raspberry liquor and beef blood. This is fabulous. Long broad complex flavors and silky mouthfeel. Full of flavor but not jammy. I underscored this last time. This is world class.
